Before any product leaves our hands, it goes through careful quality checks—because your peace of mind matters to us.

Warranty Coverage
We offer a one-year warranty from the purchase date, which applies to any non-man-made faults under normal use. If your product has an issue not caused by improper handling or modifications, please get in touch—we’ll be happy to help.
For warranty returns, customers cover shipping to us; we take care of the shipping when sending your repaired item back.

What’s not covered
If the damage is a result of misuse, unauthorized repairs or changes, water exposure, impact, or other man-made causes, repairs and shipping will be at your expense. If a product can’t be fixed due to this sort of damage, we aren’t able to offer compensation.

Examples of issues not covered:

Cracked or broken screens

Water damage, or issues caused by moisture or steam

Opening the product without authorization

Extreme temperature, magnetic fields, or heavy pressure

Any changes to the software or system

Claim steps
When applying for after-sales service, please share a clear photo of the outer packaging (including all shipping labels), and a picture of the item itself if possible.

If your parcel is missing something, let us know within 7 days after delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement.

If the wrong product arrives, we’ll send the correct one (if available), or process a full refund.
