Free Value Shipping on Qualified Orders
Binock provides complimentary value shipping on orders, available to the contiguous United States, Washington, D.C., all U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and more than 190 countries and territories globally. Orders that do not meet the threshold benefit from our discounted shipping rates.
International Shipping Options
All international shipments are handled through a trusted network of carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping methods are automatically selected based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination for optimal efficiency.

Processing Time & Shipping Method Changes
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery does not account for processing time.
Binock may adjust the shipping method at no additional cost if the item is dispatched from a warehouse outside of our main facility.
Premium Shipping Services
Large orders over $10,000 may qualify for free Premium Shipping, leveraging multiple reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Delivery typically occurs within 10–15 business days but may extend in rare cases.
Binock reserves the right to enhance your shipping method at no extra charge. We do not impose handling fees. Additional fees may apply for hazardous items or products requiring special care.
Freight Shipping Policy
Products exceeding standard shipping size or weight limits are transported via freight. These items will be marked accordingly on product pages, and customers will be contacted to approve any additional charges.
Freight deliveries require an adult signature and scheduled appointments. Failure to receive the package may result in additional charges.
Upon Delivery:

Inspect the package before signing.

Report any damage immediately.

Refuse delivery if contents are damaged or missing.
If accepted without inspection, Binock cannot assist with damage or missing claims. Return shipping costs for accepted freight are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders requiring freight will remain on hold for 7 days after a shipping quote is issued. If no confirmation is received, the order may be canceled and reallocated.
International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges. Refusal to pay these may incur return shipping and penalties, all at customer’s expense.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. To calculate shipping:

Ensure the correct shipping method is selected. Binock reserves the right to adjust invalid selections without notice.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship from warehouses in Chengdu, China or the U.S. within 1–2 business days. Items requiring customization may take longer.
Customers will be notified of delays and may modify or cancel the order. Binock may wait for full stock or ship items separately.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, tracking info will be emailed. You may also check status on our website.
Allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system. Tracking information may take some time to be processed by the shipping carrier. We appreciate your patience.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Binock works with trusted carriers and resolves issues promptly.
Lost Packages

Contact us if there are no tracking updates in 48 hours.

If marked “delivered” but not received, notify us to start a claim.

We may send a replacement before claim resolves. You’ll be charged, and refunded later if the claim succeeds.

If the original package arrives later, notify us for free pickup. Keeping both packages will result in charges.
Damaged Deliveries
If the package appears visibly damaged or items are missing, please take clear photos before opening and report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. In some countries, refusal of delivery may not be supported, so documentation is important for claims.
Take photos and contact us immediately.
Keep original packaging for 30 days. Do not return without instruction.
