Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.
If it’s been over 30 days, reach out to customer service and we’ll try to help with a repair, store credit, or a replacement.
Please double-check your order before placing it.
If you’re returning something for personal reasons, you’ll need to pay the return shipping.

What Qualifies for a Return?

The item should be new (unused, unworn, undamaged, and unmounted).

Opened but undamaged items may have a 20% restocking fee.

If the item works but has cosmetic damage caused by the customer, a partial refund (20–50% of the price) may be issued after inspection.

We can’t accept returns after 30 days.

Keep all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components.

If your product was a bundle or kit, return the whole set.

Any free gifts or promo items must be sent back too. (If the gift was a gift card, it’ll be voided.)

Shipping the Return

If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover the shipping.

If the damage happened after you received the item, or is caused by use, you may need to pay for replacement or repair.

All returns must come with original packaging and proof of purchase.

We recommend using UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another reliable carrier with tracking.

Binock is not responsible for lost or damaged items until they reach us.
Packaging
Pack everything securely in the original box to avoid damage in transit.
Processing Your Return
We’ll email you when we get your item and let you know about your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Free Return Shipping
For most U.S. orders, if you’re exchanging an item or want store credit, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Please use our label for free return shipping.
If you just want a refund and use our label, $10 will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds & Shipping Fees

If you want a refund to your original payment, you can use our prepaid label (minus $10), or arrange your own shipping.

Return shipping costs are only covered if you use our label and follow our instructions.
When Will I Get My Refund?
We process returns within 10 business days after we get your package.
Refunds can take longer to appear depending on your bank or payment method.
High-Value or Bulk Orders
For high-value or large orders, contact us first for approval before returning.
We may refuse returns that aren’t pre-approved.
Exchanges
Want to swap your product for a different one? Email or WhatsApp us and we’ll help.
Wrong or Defective Order
If you receive the wrong item or something doesn’t work right:
Contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Share details and photos if possible.
If the problem qualifies, we’ll send a prepaid return label and either replace the product or refund you after we get it back.
If the returned item isn’t defective or incorrect, you might have to cover the return shipping.
